I can see the finish line! We are over 97% funded now, with 24 days still to go! This is awesome.
As soon as we hit our funding goal, our first stretch goal is revealed!
Talk about it and share (if you feel comfortable with it, of course. No coercion here!), and we'll be fully funded in no time!

FUN-ding Update and New Retailer Tier

Hey co-conspirators!
We have climbed up the mountain a bit further and are now less than 5% away from making our goal, which makes me pretty confident. And we still have more than 3 weeks to go!
Retailer Tier
This is a short update, but I've heard from a few retail outlets that they want a retailer tier so they can get the books in their stores and support the Kickstater. To that end, we've added a Retailer Tier, which allows shop owners to purchase the books at wholesale. To do this, owners would back at the Retailer Tier, and then using add-ons, choose which of the three Misspent Youth books they want to get and at what quantities. 92% Progress Towards the Goal and a Few Extra Options Added

Progress!
Hey folks! We've made more progress today, and we are now over 92% to our funding goal! Great job!
I'll keep hustling to do outreach, but we need your help to do as well as we can. So if it's been a while since you've posted about backing, we'd love if you mentioned it again (if you want to, and get the chance. We don't want to be a bother, lol).
New Add-ons.
We keep getting good feedback, and as a result, we've added two more add-ons for all backers. For those of you wanting just certain copies (or another copy) of either the original Misspent Youth, or Misspent Youth: Sell Out With Me, they are now available as individual items in the add-on section. So for those of you who asked for Just Sell Out With Me or Misspent Youth, you can now complete your collection without having to double up. And for those of you who were asking for multiple copies, you can get those, too!

Slow and Steady Wins the Race - and some cool endorsements

We are making progress!
The truth is, most kickstarters slow down after the initial push. Our first day was great, second was solid, and today was still progress as we are now at 87% funded! So our progress is steady. We have some interviews lined up, and some of the interviews we've already done are scheduled to hit this week, so hope is flying, friends! Thanks to everyone who's backed so far, you're making the dream happen!
A New Author Has Appeared!
I'm excited to announce that Dominique Dickey has hopped on board as a stretch goal writer! In case you don't know them, Dominique is a writer, editor, cultural consultant, and Nebula-nominated RPG hooligan. In addition to creating TRIAL, a narrative courtroom tabletop role-playing game about race in the criminal justice system, and co-creating Tomorrow on Revelation III, a tabletop role-playing game about surviving and building community on a hyper-capitalist space station, Dominique has written for Thirsty Sword Lesbians, Sea of Legends, Dungeons & Dragons, and Monte Cook Games. They'll be writing another setting for the book, so tell everyone to join you in backing so we can get them on board!
A Sweet Endorsement!
Some of you may also be familiar with Gail Simone, incredibly talented and prolific author for DC comics, who created and writes some of your favorite comics (and some of the characters you've seen in recent DC movies!). We sent her some copies of our games a little while ago and she loved Misspent Youth! Today, she gave us a shout out and continues to support us, which is mighty kind (and personally, I can't stop geeking out)

As of writing, we have 146 backers and we are 85% funded!

We have some more interviews coming up fairly soon and we'll link them as they happen!
One of our backers gave us a great idea and we're folding it into our campaign.
Community copies are copies of the game we're making available for free to gamers who wouldn't otherwise be able to afford it. For every PDF reward chosen, we'll be donating a PDF of the game to the community for free.
And we've added an "add-on" for those who pledge at normal levels. When you chose the community copy physical reward as an add-on, we'll be donating that physical copy to schools, public libraries, and marginalized gamers who request them.
So if you want to pass the revolution onto others by way of mutual fun, this is your praxis.

In addition to Misspent Youth's creator Robert Bohl writing a new setting if we hit our stretch goal, we just had another writer hop on board if we hit another stretch goal. I'm excited to have this author, who has written for Thirsty Sword Lesbians, Sea of Legends, Dungeons & Dragons, and Monte Cook Games come on board. So help us get there!
I hate self-promotion, but the folks at Rem Alternis have been encouraging me to take pride in what we've accomplished. And so we are reaching out into places we haven't spent much time. But we also know that there are spaces where outsiders don't have as much sway as locals. So if you have a local place you talk about games, make sure you mention us (Reddit Communities, online Forums, Facebook, twitter, discord communities, etc.) We'll be your best friends!
